Relias Learning , a Cary, North Carolina-based provider of online training and compliance solutions for the healthcare market, completed the acquisition of RediLearning , a Boca Raton, FL-based online learning company focused exclusively on the senior care industry. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Founded in 2006 by Michael Hemlepp, CEO, RediLearning has developed learning solutions aimed at enabling senior care providers to engage their teams, grow returns, and ensure compliance. The acquisition of RediLearning, follows the recent release of such product capabilities as a mobile series of wellness training, simulated learning, and gaming elements to increase learner engagement, allows Relias to add more than 400 new senior care courses to its training library, along with its team of senior care experts. Led by Jim Triandiflou, CEO, Relias Learning provides an online training solution for the healthcare market and is planning to continue its growth by offering new products, moving into new area of healthcare market and entering into international markets in early 2016.
