Magna Bank, now Pinnacle Financial Partners, received approval from the Germantown Planning Commission June 2, 2015, to add a Starbucks inside its 1264 S. Germantown Road branch. A building permit was filed for construction Feb. 25. Enlarge Courtesy Starbucks Following the June approval, Germantown Mayor Mike Palazzolo said they were excited to get another Starbucks in Germantown. “This location will be convenient to our residents, visitors and guest that use the various clinics situated on the Wolf River Medical Corridor,” Palazzolo said. The permit for “interior renovations” at the 1264 S. Germantown Road site was for the finishes, furnishings, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. The owner and tenant were listed as Starbucks Coffee Co. The permit was valued at $226,850. Related Content
