What do you do at CB Insights? What did you do before?
I am a full stack developer for CB Insights for exactly two years since Feburary 1. I work mostly on our internal tools for the team. Before I joined CB Insights, I did some freelance work.
What’s one interesting fact that not many people know about you?
When I was younger, I was able to put down two Chipotle burritos in one sitting. My mom called me the human garbage disposal because of how much I ate. Obviously, those glory days are somewhat over. I can almost take down the same amount of food, but it takes me longer to pull it off.
What’s your ideal vacation spot?
This is a tough one because I have two locations that I would consider as a vaction spot, so I will use my retirement spot to answer this question. My retirement spot is a remote, very remote as in you can only get there from a boat, tropical paradise island. I would spend the days relaxing on the beach drinking mojitos and/or Makers on the rocks while programming on my laptop.
1 horse-size duck or 100 duck-size horses? Why?
I would pick a horse-size duck because it would provide transportation for me. It is basically an obese pegasus, except it can land and maneuver in water. Imagine all of the crazy entrances you can make with it. It would be as if superman is flying in to save the day.
