On February 13th, Johnson & Johnson acquired Auris Health, a surgical robotics startup backed by Lux Capital, Coatue Management, Viking Global and Wellington Management, among others. Auris CEO Frederic Moll, who also co-founded competitor Intuitive Surgical, will join J&J when the deal closes.
