Compound Finance, a decentralized finance (“DeFi”) lender, quietly closed a $33M Series A round from undisclosed investors, according to an SEC filing surfaced using the CB Insights platform. Previous investors in the company include Andreessen Horowitz, Bain Capital Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, and Polychain Capital.
