As more large companies migrate to the cloud, software-as-a-service (SaaS) continues to become the de facto standard for accessing new software tools. Within the growing field of software-as-a-service, enterprise SaaS has emerged as one of the most well-funded categories.
We used the CB Insights database to surface 10 potential acquisition targets developing SaaS tools for the enterprise. Companies were selected based on stage, industry, valuation, recency of funding, investor quality, and Mosaic Score — CB Insights’ algorithm that uses financial and non-financial signals to predict private company health.
