Chatbots and voice assistants are reaching new levels of sophistication.
Historically, bots have been designed to answer basic commands (typed or spoken), often based on a set of rules. For example, an assistant might be trained to understand the phrase “order pizza” — completing the task once requested.
However, with the integration of artificial intelligence, many chatbots and voice interfaces are emerging with the ability to understand context of questions and carry on human-like conversations with users.
