Chubb CEO: change is coming

Earnings season has kicked in. And on various earnings calls the past two weeks, the topic of technology impacting the future of the industry came up multiple times.

Notably, leadership at The Hartford, Travelers and Chubb all weighed in on questions from analysts on where they see changes coming to the small commercial insurance market.

Meanwhile, Markel co-CEO Richard Whitt weighed in on why he believes the acquisition of State National could impact its initiatives in digital distribution.
