Reading about healthcare all the time is pretty taxing, so I’m taking a vacation this week (hence the light newsletter).
Instead, I’ll tell you about my vacation plans through a series of market maps we’ve put together.
First, I’m going to get some sleep and have a “treat yo’ self” phase. Wellness, while hard to objectively measure, is a big part of maintaining personal health.
Since I’m going to Vermont, I imagine I might see some of this. From a safe distance, of course (don’t worry Mom).
Talk to ’em
I’ll be speaking at The Intelligent Health Summit in Basel on September 12th-13th 2018.
The conference will bring together clinicians, regulators, technologists, and c-suite executives across healthcare (pharma, health systems, governments, etc.) from all around the world.
Some topics the conference will cover include:
AI in R&D, clinical trial research, and drug discovery
AI in decision support, treatment, and disease management
AI in genomics and precision/personalized medicine
AI in children’s health and mental health
and more…
If I’m not enough to attract you to the conference, I’ll be hurt. But there are going to be AI leaders from Novartis, Roche, UNICEF, NHS England, the World Health Organization, and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust there too.
