OUR CULTURE

The people at CB Insights embody four specific characteristics that keep our workplace challenging, engaging, respectful, and exciting. We call these the 4 H’s.

If you know the best way to do something, you’ll do good work. If you share that knowledge with others, you’ll become a leader.

HELPFUL

While there’s always a time and place to celebrate individual accomplishments, no single person is bigger than the team.

HUMBLE

We want you to find your comfort zone. And then seek to challenge the hell out of it, over and over. Complacency kills.

HUNGRY

It’s nice to be around happy, motivated, and positive people. It’s good for you, for the team, and for our customers. We look for this.

HAPPY

I love working at CB Insights because there's always something new to learn every day. Managers here definitely have their employees' career growth in mind. You're constantly striving to meet and exceed your goals, and it's a comfortable and friendly office environment.
