Digital marketing platform Offerpop has announced that it has raised $15 million in Series C funding led by Edison Ventures with participation from Hearst Ventures, Salesforce.com, Windcrest Partners, CommonAngels and Mesco Ltd. Offerpop is used by brands like Comedy Central and L’Oreal to enhance brand awareness and engagement to drive revenue across digital channels. Offerpop works with around 2,000 enterprise and mid-market brands. “The world of brand marketing is changing every day. With the rise of mobile and social, the most powerful content is now user-generated.
