The one day event is scheduled to start at 8am and run through to 6pm. It will feature an investor panel that will explore trends in the early stage investments and the most critical factors to consider before making an investment. The event will also look into the contribution that crowdfunding makes in growing early stage businesses. In the pitching workshop, slated from 8am to 10am,  participants can expect help in reconstructing their pitches into concise pitches, which capture the most important details that investors look for in making informed investment decisions. In the panel discussions, conference attendees can expect to engage in discussions on topics like "Food-Tech and Early Stage Food Investing: Meeting Investors, Pitching your idea and what they need to write a Check", "Growing a Food-tech or Food Business: Selling and Protecting your product and setting it up for a Capital Raise" and "Raising capital for a food company through Crowdfunding" . Conference attendees will be able to learn more about the do’s and don'ts for entrepreneurs who want to capture the attention of investors. The conference will offer several networking opportunities during breakfasts, before and after panels,  meal breaks and cocktail party.
