Walder Wyss advised ANYbotics AG on CHF 45m Series B Round 16 May 2023 – On 16 May 2023, ANYbotics, a leading maker of four-legged robots, announced the closing of its CHF 45 million series B financing round. The financing round was led by Walden Catalyst Ventures and included the participation of the co-investors NGP Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Aramco Ventures, Swisscom Ventures, Swisscanto Private Equity, EquityPitcher Ventures, Verve Ventures, SAEV Guernsey Holdings, and other existing investors. The newly raised funds will serve to scale deployments internationally, fuel the development of new capabilities, and solidify ANYbotics’ leading competitive position in robotic inspection solutions. ANYbotics spun out in 2016 from ETH Zurich and works with a team of over 100 employees on developing, producing, and deploying full-stack robotic solutions. In September 2020, ANYbotics won the Swiss Economic Award in the category Hightech/Biotech at the Swiss Economic Forum 2020 . The Swiss Economic Award is the most important young entrepreneur prize in Switzerland. Walder Wyss advised ANYbotics in connection with this transaction.
