Volito Aviation Services Ireland renamed Seraph Aviation Management Limited DUBLIN, 12 OCTOBER 2015 Stellwagen Finance Company, the parent company of Aviation Finance Company Limited (AFC), today announced the purchase of Volito Aviation Services Ireland Limited (VASIE), the Irish subsidiary of Swedish based Volito Aviation Services AB. VASIE will be renamed Seraph Aviation Management Limited (Seraph) and will remain headquartered in Dublin. This acquisition represents another step in the expansion of Stellwagen’s aviation business. Seraph’s management team will include Eugene O’Reilly, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer; Edward Hansom, Chief Investment Officer, Edward Coughlan, Chief Commercial Officer; Stephen Coyle, Chief Technical Officer and Catherine Power, General Counsel. Eugene O’Reilly said, “Our customers will surely benefit from the talented and experienced team that we have developed over the years. I am looking forward to working in coordination with AFC, offering our customers expert financial and aircraft management solutions.” Douglas Brennan, Chief Executive Officer of AFC said, “The acquisition of Seraph signals our commitment to excellence in aviation.
