Stanley Capital Partners names new partner and chief growth officer Submitted 16/05/2023 - 11:29am Stanley Capital Partners (SCP), a European-focused mid-market private equity firm investing in healthcare and resource efficiency businesses, has appointed Amber Hilkene as partner and chief growth officer, effective 15 May 2023. Prior to joining SCP, Hilkene was a partner and head of investor relations at AnaCap Financial Partners leading all fundraising and communication activities, having initially joined the business in 2006. She has a strategic focus on the application of technology-enabled models and data driven investment approaches. Prior to her time with AnaCap, Hilkene was responsible for European business development at The Gores Group, a US private equity firm, having begin her career with Gores in 1999 and opened the group's first European office in London in 2004.  Over the courtesy of her career, Hilkene has raised more than €5 billion of capital across private equity, credit, co-investments and secondaries.
