Electrosoft Mark Hopkins was elevated to chief growth officer less than a year after he first joined this cybersecurity and digital transformation provider as senior director of business development and strategic capture. The three-decade federal contracting veteran will manage Electrosoft's market and trend analysis, pipeline and partnership functions. HII Michael Lempke is now leading the company's business efforts in Australia amid that country's involvement in the AUKUS trilateral partnership with the U.K. and U.S. Since 2017, Lempke has worked as president of HII's nuclear and environmental services business group which includes the bulk of its work with the U.S. Energy Department. RavenTek is a veteran- and Native American-owned small business. Red Cell Partners George Barnes retired as the National Security Agency's deputy director in 2023 and is now starting his next role as president of this technology incubation firm's newly formed cyber practice. Barnes joins a leadership team at Red Cell that also includes its founder Grant Verstandig, former Northrop Grumman CEO Wes Bush and former Defense Secretary Mark Esper. As NSA's deputy director, Barnes was that agency's senior civilian leader for six years until his retirement. Westat Oswaldo Holguin has joined the research and data collection services provider as chief financial officer after three decades in other roles in the market. Holguin was most recently CFO at Creative Associates International for close to 10 years. He will work with Westat's now-former CFO Susan Mountford on the transition following her departure from the company after 10 years there.
