Share: Blockchain startup Tatum concluded the first round of investment lead by Grouport Ventures and Tensor Ventures. Tatum’s vision is simple – It aims to make it easy for companies to develop blockchain-based applications without any previous experience in this area. Thanks to the unique Tatum platform, application development is reduced from average 12 to 18 months to hours and days. Tatum will use the investment to boost sales and marketing. “Companies’ interest in blockchain solutions is exploding. The investment will help us identify the best markets that can scale quickly,” says Jiri Kobelka , CEO of Tatum. The startup is now preparing for the next round of investment to further fuel its growth. Tatum works for clients in the EU and the USA. Ceska sporitelna (Erste bank group) is one of the important clients in the EU market. However, the startup is also focusing on projects in Europe and the US, such as real estate market tokenization, supply chain tracking, food history, digital wallets, and state digital currency. Tatum’s technology is already being explored by major financial institutions, manufacturing companies in the automotive industry or the 20 million user base gaming platform. Tatum has been established by Jiri Kobelka and Sam Sramko, who started the company in 2018. It is currently ten staff and growing fast. In January, Graham Morgan joined the team to drive its growth in sales across Europe and the US. Graham comes with over 20 years of sales leadership experience, most recently at the successful UK Fintech, AccessPay, where he led significant sales growth.
