The trading week ended with an increase led by Nokian Tires

June 17, 2022 The stock exchange week ended on Friday in Helsinki somewhat above Thursday’s closing level. The OMXH general index rose 0.7 percent to 10,365 points. The replacement tip was Nordean a share that rose 0.6 percent to 8.79 euros. The second most traded was Sammon a share that fell 0.4 percent to € 40.94. Nokia the share, on the other hand, fell by 0.7 per cent to EUR 4.41, the third most traded of the day. Nokia tires issued a positive earnings warning. Nokian Tires now expects net sales to decline or be at the 2021 level. Previously, the company expected its net sales to decline “significantly” relative to the previous year’s level. Nokian Tires’ share jumped 10.3 percent to EUR 11.49, the strongest gain on the main list. Teleste instead issued a negative earnings warning yesterday after the stock market closed. In the new guidelines, Teleste estimates that net sales in 2022 will reach the level of net sales in 2021 and that the adjusted operating result in 2022 will be significantly lower than in the previous year. Teleste’s share slipped 13.6 percent to EUR 4.19 as the biggest decenter on the main list. Puuilo said it would begin repurchasing its own shares. Puuilo will repurchase a maximum of 315,000 of its own shares in one or more tranches, which corresponds to approximately 0.37 percent of the company’s total number of shares. The company’s unrestricted equity is used to acquire the shares. The shares will be acquired in public trading at the market price at the time of acquisition. Puuilo’s share price rose 2.9 per cent to EUR 4.86. Brimstone stated that it had concluded a new distribution agreement in Germany and Austria with the German cooperative in The Hague. The company considers the agreement to be strategically important. Tulikivi’s share price rose by 6.5 per cent to EUR 0.47. Admicom announced the acquisition of a software solution company developing a documentation and information management program for the construction and real estate industries Kotopron . Admicom will pay Kotopro EUR 12.25 million immediately and in addition later an additional purchase price, the amount of which will depend on the company’s future earnings development. The additional purchase price is EUR 0–3.1 million. Admicom’s share price rose 0.3 percent to EUR 48.80. Inderes nosti Bilotin the share’s recommendation to the “buy” level from the “reduce” level and at the same time the target price of the share decreased to EUR 4.8 from EUR 5.0. Bilot’s share price rose 2.4 percent to 3.90 euros. My Savings Bank said its merger talks Lieto Savings Bank progressing with.
