(NYSE: CDAY), and RedBall Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: RBAC), and has chaired all major board committees. Formerly, she was lead director of NetSuite prior to its acquisition by Oracle in 2016. She began her career at the Chase Manhattan Bank.
