Plans to expand its AI-driven Unified Channel Experience Management (UCXM) platform presence in the US market
SAN FRANCISCO, November 16, 2021-- Ozonetel, leading provider of on-demand cloud communication services, has raised USD 5 million in Series A funding from Stakeboat Capital. The funds will be used to expand US operations and to offer AI driven CX solutions addressing Conversational AI, Speech Analytics, CPaaS, CCaaS and Agent Productivity.
