Share on LinkedIn According to a report on PEHub , Information Venture Partners has launched the Information Venture Partners Fund I, a a newly established venture firm that focusses on building enterprise and financial technology companies. Information Venture Partners is managed by RBC Venture Partners’ principals Robert Antoniades and David Unsworth, and also brought on Kerri Golden, co-founder of JOLT Fund, as its CFO. “With the support of leading North American institutional investors we have transitioned our business from being the captive venture capital arm of Royal Bank of Canada, one of North America’s leading financial institutions to a new, independent venture capital fund platform,” said Antoniades and Unsworth. “Information Venture Partners is actively raising our 2nd independent fund and look forward to backing the next generation of entrepreneurs and leading SaaS enterprises in 2015 and beyond,” added Antoniades and Unsworth.
