Quintet has invested in Exact Radiology alongside the founders and in partnership with Direct Capital and Bridgeport Capital, it said on its website. The company’s services include advanced imaging, radiology, and women’s imaging. It also provides X-ray and dental services. For private equity investments, Quintet focuses on companies with a minimum of $4 million in historical and sustainable EBITDA, and enterprise value between $20 million and $150 million, it says on its website. The firm focuses on investments in business services, industrials and manufacturing, professional and real estate services, healthcare and education, and financial services. Its other portfolio companies are IT recruitment contracting firm Talent International and One Investment Group, Australia’s third largest provider of outsourced responsible entity and trustee services. The alternative asset manager has $150 million in funds under management across four investment funds based in Sydney, Australia.
