Previz Ventures is a venture capital fund with an existing portfolio of investments in technology companies addressing critical challenges primarily in the medical sector, with secondary focus on the information & communications technologies (ICT) sector. The fund invests in early stage firms, post proof of concept, at initial or approaching commercial stage, targeting large underserved markets with scalable solutions. The fund targets primarily Israeli based companies given the attractiveness of the technology and innovation landscape and the unique market access of the fund's management team. The fund targets high returns expected from top performing VC funds. In addition to economic value creation, the fund screens firms for their potential to create transformative social value in the target areas and provides guidance throughout the life-cycle of the investments to realize this value.

By FinSMEs Cellrox , a Tel Aviv, Israel-based provider of BYOD Multi-Persona solutions for mobile devices, recently completed a $4.7m Series A financing. The round was led by Runa Capital , with participation from existing investors Previz Venture Partners, Columbia Technology Ventures, and others. The company intends to use the capital to extend its collaboration with OEMs and operators for installation in tier-one enterprises around the world. Founded in 2011 and led by Omer Eiferman, CEO, Cellrox provides solutions that enable the adoption of smart mobile devices – phones and tablets – by corporate IT departments. Its ThinVisor technology enables co-hosting of two or more individual, independent and secure virtual environments on a single mobile device. FinSMEs
