AAACN Sets Scope and Standards for Care Coordination and Transition Management The PRESENT Alliance Partners program establishes cooperative partnerships with membership organizations within the fields of podiatry and wound care, with the goal of supporting each other’s activities and bringing a richer menu of valuable services to each organization’s members.
