Real Assets ESG Consultancy Evora Global Hires Pradeep Menon as President November 16, 2022 UK-based real estate-focused sustainability consultancy and services firm Evora Global announced today the appointment of Pradeep Menon as President. The company said that the appointment, which follows a recent funding round led by Bridges Fund Management, aims to help Evora scale its business, serving clients in the Real Estate and Infrastructure markets. I am very much looking forward to working with Pradeep to deliver on our ambitions.” Prior to joining Evora Global, Menon served as Managing Director, Investment & Advisory at Refinitiv, where he oversaw Refinitiv’s content, analytics and workflow solutions to asset owners, asset managers and investment bankers. In his new role, he will be responsible for global client coverage, revenue, product development and technology. Based in New York, Menon will also be appointed to Evora Global’s board of directors. Founded in 2011, Evora has developed its own ESG software platform, currently deployed in thousands of locations globally, to help investment and building managers to manage their climate risks. The platform analyses physical climate risk data alongside other collated ESG data, including carbon emissions, to enable users to understand an asset’s risks and opportunities in one platform, build resilience across their portfolio, and make informed, data-driven investment decisions. The company recently announced a partnership with sustainability consulting firm Singapore-based Paia Consulting to expand its reach into Asia , and plans to expand into the North American market as well, citing significant growth in demand for its services.
