Pentasia relocates to new headquarters 22nd November 2022 | By Zak Thomas-Akoo London-based igaming recruitment firm Pentasia has relocated to new premises as the business continues its expansion. The new headquarters, which was opened by local MP Crispin Blunt, represents a 50% increase in floor space. It is located south of London. “This is a big moment for Pentasia,” said managing director Alastair Cleland. “This new headquarters reflects the optimism we feel for our business and gives us a central base from which to deliver our global expansion plans.” Pentasia, which is also a large recruiter for payments, plans for employees to continue their current hybrid work structure, but expects the new offices to help incentivise staff to visit the office on a more regular basis. “We intend for this to be a welcoming and energised space,” continued Cleland. “It’s going to be a place where we can learn from each other, collaborate and innovate to better serve our clients.” The Conexus Group, Pentasia’s parent company, plans for other companies in its portfolio – including iGaming Academy, Marden Executive and Partis Solutions – to also use the facilities in the new office. Pentasia revealed that 2023 will see a “significant expansion in headcount”, adding that new recruits will benefit from an in-house training and induction programme. The company currently provides recruitment and talent services to more than 800 clients. “Pentasia was our founding business and has long been the powerhouse that’s enabled our evolution and growth,” said Rob Dowling, CEO of Conexus. “We’re hugely excited to expand the business, and it will be great to do so from this new base.” Pentasia has offices in Malta, Barcelona and Las Vegas, as well as remote staff worldwide. Back in October, the 2022 edition of the iGB-Pentasia Salary Survey found that gaming salaries were up as much as 12.5% in a “highly charged” market – with compliance and technical skills in especially high demand.
