(“Ryan Specialty”) (NYSE: RYAN). Ryan Specialty is a service provider of specialty products and solutions for insurance brokers, agents, and carriers. Proceeds to Onex from this transaction were approximately $355 million. Onex continues to hold approximately 4.1 million shares of Class A Common Stock of Ryan Specialty.
