A St. Louis businessman cheated customers of Omicron Capital LLC out of $250,000, according to a federal indictment released Wednesday. Richard Saddler was the owner and president of Omicron, and told customers that he would refinance their commercial and real estate loans, according to the indictment. When customers gave Saddler money for down payments related to the refinancing, he used some of it to pay personal expenses, including mortgage payments on his house that was in foreclosure
