Today, the NYU Tandon School of Engineering  Future Labs , the first network of startup business hubs launched with New York City support, announced a partnership with  Arieli Capital  to provide opportunities for investment, guidance, and networking to the Future Labs’ portfolio companies and Israeli entrepreneurs. The partnership will leverage the respective strengths to support further innovation. The collaboration will identify promising early-stage startups through Future Labs Flash Pitch events, in which startups from New York and Israel will compete to receive an investment from Arieli Capital and its associated partners. Arieli Capital is a U.S. holding corporation that invests in top technology companies as well as leading and operating government, academic and private sector innovation platforms. With offices in New York and in Israel, Arieli is strategically positioned at the beating heart of the top innovation ecosystems of the world. Ten Israeli startups will also be selected to join the Future Labs’ incubation programs. These startups will relocate to NYC and get access to the Future Labs’ full spectrum of support services, mentorship opportunities, and other resources.
