Novax is a wholly owned subsidiary to the family business Axel Johnson AB together with Axel Johnson International, Martin & Servera (70%), Axstores, Svensk Bevakningstjanst as well as the partly owned publicly listed companies Axfood (about 50%) and Mekonomen (about 26%).
