NETZSCH to highlight wide range of sanitary pumps at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2021

Sep 9, 2021

NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC will be showcasing its line of sanitary and hygienic pumps at PACK EXPO Las Vegas and the co-located Healthcare Packaging EXPO, Sept 27th-29th, 2021, in Las Vegas, NV. Stop by booth 19000 to learn about the New NOTOS® 2NSH Sanitary Twin Screw Pump, the TORNADO® T.Sano® All-Metal Rotary Lobe Pump, and the full line of NETZSCH NEMO® progressing cavity pumps designed for the gentle, sanitary product handling, and cleanability requirements of the food and medical products industries. More Headlines The NEW compact NOTOS® 2NSH Sanitary Twin Screw Pump optimally conveys media with higher viscosity, can be cleaned without an auxiliary system, and requires a smaller footprint thereby reducing the cost of the installation. The pump handles high working pressures up to 230 psi or 16 bar. Chocolate, fruit juices or fruit yogurt, for example, are pumped while retaining their consistency and natural properties without any loss of quality. With optional heating or cooling, this pump is perfect for applications where the pumped fluid tends to harden or requires temperature control to guarantee its quality. The exclusive FSIP® (Full Service-in-Place) is a unique feature from NETZSCH that allows fast and easy maintenance. The TORNADO® T.Sano® rotary lobe pump features an all-metal construction that is the optimum solution for sanitary applications due to its oil and dead-space free design that prevents contamination of the media. The self-priming rotary lobe pump continuously and constantly conveys challenging media, including abrasive and aggressive media, as well as adhesive and shear-sensitive substances. The pumps can be cleaned or sterilized in a circular or continuous process without prior disassembly. The broad product range of NEMO® Progressive Cavity Pumps also includes a selection of sanitary and aseptic pumps for continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance of almost any substance. Open hopper pumps in full stainless steel are widely used for high consistency fluids like ground beef, whole fruits or fishes.
