Deloitte Legal con Alpine per il rimanente 20% di Faital 0 Deloitte Legal ha assistito Alpine Electronics Inc., azienda giapponese attiva nella fornitura di soluzioni per l’industria automobilistica, nella terza e ultima fase dell’operazione, consistente nell’acquisizione della partecipazione residua pari al 20% detenuta da Minerva Ventures, che ha portato Alpine a detenere l’intero capitale sociale di Faital S.p.A., azienda italiana leader nella progettazione e produzione di altoparlanti. Alpine è stata assistita da Deloitte Legal con un team guidato dal partner Andrea Sciortino (in foto) con il supporto del managing associate Federico Michelini e dell’associate Christian Diplotti per gli aspetti Corporate e M&A dell’operazione. Il venditore, Minerva Ventures , è stato assistito da Allen & Overy con un team guidato e coordinato dal partner Giovanni Gazzaniga, affiancato dalla associate Mara Cagnana per gli aspetti Corporate e M&A dell’operazione.
