Additionally, they can lead or participate in investments greater than $15 million by co-investing with their limited partners or other mezzanine providers.From an investment criteria perspective, Midwest Mezzanine Funds seeks companies with EBITDA of at least $3 million per year based in United States and Canada. They look for companies in the following industries: Manufacturers, value-added distributors, or service providers. Representative end-markets include consumer products, commercial products, industrial services, business services, industrial products, food products, environmental, and for-profit post-secondary education. Midwest Mezzanine Funds does not invest in companies in the high technology, energy, or real estate sectors.
