Taking its reputation as a leading fitness and destination spa one step further, Rancho La Puerta has partnered with professional obstacle racer Michael Mark to develop a custom designed obstacle course race (OCR) at The Ranch. To celebrate the course’s official opening next month, Rancho La Puerta is hosting a special obstacle course race week starting Feb. 3 through Feb. 9 for the first guests to experience the course. Guests of obstacle course week will learn through experience why tens of millions of people have participated in the fastest growing sport ever, Obstacle Course Racing. Mark, who is ranked as one of the top three obstacle course races in the world, will lead the week alongside other OCR coaches, including Stephanie Quinn, Yancy Culp, and Kevin Donoghue on the Ranch’s newly designed OCR course. The course, well suited for trail runners, parkour enthusiasts, and more, features obstacles like mud pits, monkey bars, walls, and cargo nets, among others. RELATED STORIES
