ManTech wins $261M AF engineering, IT solutions contract The F-35 fighter is among the Air Force systems ManTech will be supporting under a new contract. ManTech International has captured a new five-year, $261 million contract to support the Air Force with mission IT, intelligence systems engineering, cyber and other solutions. The goal is to accelerate U.S. air dominance, the company said. The work will include support for the F-35 Partner Programming Lab. ManTech will also provide weapon systems engineering and integration, network solutions and operations, mission support center services, specialized software testing and support, and electronic warfare software programming. In addition, the company will provide digital twin cyber penetration testing and the ability to test technology solutions for efficiency and speed. Customers ManTech will support include 53rd Wing Operations and 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing Technical Support Services, the Air Force Warfare Center and the 668th Cyberspace Wing of the 16th Air Force. Work will take place at Eglin and Tyndall Air Force bases in Florida, Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, and Hill Air Force Base in Utah. “Our innovative solutions support electronic warfare, military grade cybersecurity, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and will give Air Force pilots and crews a significant edge over opponents,” said David Hathaway, executive president and general manager of ManTech’s defense sector.
