Stensul , a NYC-based martech company, raised $34.5M in Series C funding. The round, which brought the total amount to $57M, was led by Sageview Capital and included existing investors U.S. Venture Partners (USVP), Javelin Venture Partners, Uncork Capital, and Lowercase Capital, along with participation from Edith Harbaugh. As part of the transaction, Jake Colognesi, Partner at Sageview Capital, will join the company’s board. The company intends to use the funds to increase investment in product development, including deepening AI capabilities launched earlier this year.
