Share this article NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lisanti Capital Growth, LLC ("Lisanti"), a certified woman-owned and managed SEC registered investment advisor specializing in US small- and small/mid-cap (SMID) equity growth investing, announced today, that effective February 1, 2018, the Dinosaur Lisanti Small Cap Growth Fund (ASCGX) (the 'Fund"), for which Lisanti is the investment advisor, has reduced the Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses after the contractual Fee Waiver and/or Expense Reimbursement for the Fund to 1.35% through April 30, 2019, as outlined in the Supplement, dated February 1, 2018 to the Prospectus dated May 1, 2017. Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses (gross) is reflected as 3.10%. Simultaneously with this reduction in (net) Fund fees, the Fund has changed its name to the Lisanti Small Cap Growth Fund and the website for the Fund has changed to www.lisantismallcap.com .
