Email | Twitter | Google+ | LinkedIn LCV Capital Management LLC on Thursday announced the successful completion of its all-cash tender offer to acquire Peerless Systems Corp. for $7 per share through LCV's subsidiary Mobius Acquisition LLC. LCV, a Pittsburgh-based investment management company, said it expects to complete its acquisition of Peerless (Nasdaq:PRLS) later in the day. As of Friday, Peerless, based in Stamford, Conn., will be an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of LCV.
