LBO France is one of France's largest private equity funds. The company, which is independently owned, has led some of the most impressive deals in the history of French private equity. LBO France mainly targets French firms, or companies with French management. The various funds operated by LBO France are not specialised in any particular sector, but are open to a broad spectrum of transactions with enterprise value running between €10m to over €2.5 bn. From its headquarters in Paris, LBO France has led some of the most impressive deals in the history of French private equity: LBOs on companies such as Actaris, Materis, Terreal, Wheelabrator, Cegelec and Consolis.
