Hearn is part of Adweek’s Innovators Council and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council , and also serves as an Adweek executive mentor . At Brandweek last month, Hearn spoke on a panel with Jacksonville Jaguars CMO Julian Duncan about the importance of cultivating a strong personal identity and brand —one that’s rooted in values and purpose that can help guide you throughout your career.
