Photo credit: KB Contract Keyston Bros., a supplier of fabrics, vinyls, leathers and textiles, has expanded its business into the Upper Midwest region with the acquisition of DLT Corp., a Warrenville, Ill.-based wholesale distributor for fabrics, vinyls, tools and supplies. This strategic move will initiate growth and expansion in all product divisions of the company, as well as provide same-day and one-day service to new areas in the Midwest. Chicago and Detroit locations, in the near future, will be "drastically expanded to hold their proprietary products," the company claimed. “The values and services of DLT Corporation is such a natural fit with our Keyston family,” Dan ‘Dee’ Duncan, president/CEO of Keyston Bros., said in a statement. “It’s going to be fun to watch us bring our same-day service and our honest good philosophy to new markets.” The KB Contract division of the company provides fabrics to the hospitality design market.
