New company provides value-added solutions to a wide range of customers in the health care and consumer industries. November 11, 2021 06:30 AM Eastern Standard Time NEW YORK--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Marc Shore and Dennis Kaltman announced today the formation of Max Solutions, Inc. (“MS”), a differentiated packaging platform serving customers’ needs for quality, service, next generation innovation and sustainability. Shore and Kaltman have a long history of success in the packaging industry, most recently at Multi Packaging Solutions and Westrock. Prior to that, Shore was the CEO of Shorewood Packaging. The funding for MS will be provided by Jefferson Capital Partners, Ltd. (“JCP”) a private equity firm located in Richmond, Virginia. JCP recently closed Jefferson Capital Partners V L.P., a fund solely dedicated to investing in MS. Marc Shore, Chief Executive Officer of MS, commented, “Max Solutions is pursuing a dual growth strategy. We will be opening several new manufacturing facilities in the United States, featuring the best, state-of-the-art technology available to allow us to support our customers at the highest level. Concurrently, we are pursuing acquisitions on a global basis to further enhance and support our customers’ supply requirements.” Dennis Kaltman, President and Chief Operating Officer of MS, added, “I am thrilled to rejoin Marc as we partner with Jefferson Capital to form Max Solutions. Marc and I have had a long and productive partnership at Multi Packaging Solutions, growing the business from $120 million to almost $2 billion in revenue both organically as well as through 22 strategic acquisitions. We believe the market will be receptive to a customer-focused specialty packaging company.” Tim O’Donnell, Managing Partner of JCP added, “The opportunity to again partner with Marc and Dennis is an exceptional one. Jefferson had the privilege of helping Marc organize and fund Multi Packaging Solutions, which quickly became one of the leading competitors in the specialty packaging industry segment.
