The firm is an early stage venture capital investor focusing on Danish investment opportunities and companies within the information technology and life sciences markets. It believes strongly in syndicating its investments with other Danish and international investors in order to establish a sound basis for creating value in its portfolio companies. They prefer to act as lead investor and to utilize its network to identify potential co-investors. The firm provides primary funding by subscribing to new capital in portfolio companies as a minority shareholder and always holds a seat on the board and works actively with the portfolio companies in all major aspects, e.g. strategy, funding, recruitment, exit planning, etc. It invests in companies in computer software, telecommunications, energy, industry, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, and medical equipment and diagnostics.
