Finance and Tax Collections Proprietary Software and Services Provider for Municipalities Throughout New Jersey FAIRVIEW, NJ--(Marketwired - Jan 7, 2015) - Insync Municipal Systems, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insync Innovations, Inc. announced the acquisition of First Byte Corporation's business and its related proprietary software and operations. Incorporated in 1982, First Byte Corporation (FBC) has been a well-established provider of information technology systems and services that are specifically designed for use by scores of municipalities throughout New Jersey, including authorities, commissions, and school districts. The Company develops and adapts its software for municipal tax, finance, water and other utility applications. FBC also provides facilities management services to a number of its clients. The Company supports its products with hands-on, 24/7 service. Public Finance Manager: Designed to satisfy the unique needs of government and non-profit organizations, this is a fully integrated and intuitive product that automates the budget maintenance, accounts payable and reporting functions. BFM Budget Assistant: Spreadsheet-style interface to assist in the preparation of municipal budgets.
