Suv Opel Crossland and Grandland in 2024 the new generations Opel is expected to launch the new generations of the Crossland and Grandland SUVs next year, with many new features compared to current models, not least of which is the positioning of the Grandland in the 100% electric vehicle segment. As specified by the Carscoops magazine, on the basis of indications provided by the German company itself, the smaller Crossland should keep the electrified Ice option alive for a little longer – together with the fully electric variant – while the Grandland’s successor SUV will only become a Ev. The second generation Crossland will be based on the modern Stellantis CMP/eCMP architecture, which is compatible – as you know – with petrol, mild hybrid or fully electric powertrains. As for the model that will take the place of the current Opel Grandland, there is talk of sharing the Stla Medium base with the next generation Peugeot 3008. It should be noted that a family consisting of three all-electric propulsion options with a range of up to 700 km has been confirmed for the new Leone crossover (to be presented soon). Source: Ansa
