Top three vendors by volume In terms of the number of IT contracts secured from the Government of Hong Kong, Azeus Systems Holdings topped the table with 12 contracts, followed by HP with four contracts, Computer and Technologies with four contracts. Top contracts by the type of IT service Application outsourcing Solutions accounted for 60%, of the overall contracts for the Government of Hong Kong, followed by infrastructure outsourcing (25.71%), systems integration (5.71%), consulting (5.71%), BPO (2.86%). In terms of types of contracts, 94.44% of IT contracts accounted for the new business category and 2.78% accounted for Infrastructure outsourcing. New contracts accounted for 2.78% of the total contracts as of August 2021. As of August 2021, 97% of all the IT contracts were of the fixed price type and 2% were of License based type. The annual value of the contract stands at $5m. Azeus Systems Holding’s five-year, fixed price contract worth $3m is slated to expire on 31 July 2017. The annual value of the contract stands at $1m. The fixed price contract has started on 01 December 2008 and is expected to be closed by 30 November 2015. The annual value of the contract stands at $8m. PCCW’s 10-year contract worth $55m.
