November 28, 2022 Monteverde’s, a FreshEdge company, announced the grand opening of its fresh cut operation under the Garden Cut banner in its Crafton, Pennsylvania, facility. The facility (near Pittsburgh) consists of newly-added equipment and incorporates the highest level of food safety measures to ensure quality, safe fresh-cut offerings. Monteverde’s joined the FreshEdge family of preeminent fresh food companies in November, 2021. Garden Cut (Pittsburgh) currently provides fresh-cut product to hotels and resorts, healthcare facilities, schools, and restaurants.
