About the transaction A multi-disciplinary Deloitte team successfully advised EOS in their investment in Poolarserver GmbH, a leading provider of collaboration software for the construction industry. Both founders, Prof. Dr. Matthias Friedle and Klaus Schwägerl, will continue to hold significant shares in the business and continue to drive the business as managing directors. The shareholders will jointly support Poolarserver on its successful growth path by building the company and further strengthening the software.
