Company to be renamed Dimension Energy Services; Now well-capitalized for growth May 06, 2013 04:04 PM Eastern Daylight Time HOUSTON--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Energy Services Acquisitions II, LLC announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Dimension Pipeline, LLC, effective April 2, 2013. Dallas-based Galatyn Private Equity facilitated the transaction to provide ESA working capital to expand operations and obtain equity capital. Galatyn Private Equity principals have successful experience in both investing in and operating companies. With this development, Energy Services Acquisitions will change the company name to Dimension Energy Services to better reflect its heritage and full-service offering to the energy industry. The company recently expanded operations into South Texas.
