Ecommerce Alliance is a stock market listed holding of a group of companies, operating with various business models in the German and European market. Focussed on the growth market "Ecommerce", the company is building a strong alliance, designed for the total online value chain. The focus is on the business areas Ecommerce Brands, Ecommerce Services and Ecommerce Media. The Ecommerce Brands of the Ecommerce Alliance are the sales engines and will contribute directly to increased turnover and profits. The Ecommerce Brands achieve their turnover through the individual brands' online shops. There is an emphasis here on customised ready-made products, for instance such as the customer-specific textiles produced by Shirtinator and the tailor-made composite jewellery items from Pearlfection. The Ecommerce Services business segment extends the value chain of the Ecommerce Alliance. The integrated Internet and TV marketing agency Getperformance and the logistics and fulfilment company Getlogics provide services both to the companies of the Ecommerce Alliance group and to external ecommerce companies. The Ecommerce Media business unit, with its Internet portals and information portals, is still under construction. In the Ecommerce Media field, Ecommerce Alliance owns shares in Mybestbrands, Netmoms and other companies.
